MIPCOM 2013

 

CANNES | October 7 -10, 2013

MIPCOM is the year’s most anticipated global market for entertainment content across all platforms. Each Autumn, the industry’s international heavy hitters – from TV and film – converge in Cannes to create a new world of entertainment. The children’s entertainment industry got an early start at MIPJunior, where key international buyers, sellers and producers gather to present, discover and screen content at the world’s showcase for kids programming.

Jeffrey Katzenberg was awarded 2013 Media Personality of the Year and accepted the award on Wednesday 9 October, during a gala dinner for industry executives at the Carlton Hotel in Cannes. The same day, he will address the MIPCOM audience and share his unique perspectives on the television business, as part of MIPCOM’s Media Mastermind series of presentations.

 

The 2013 MIPCOM Media Mastermind Keynote programme included Frances Berwick, President, Bravo and Style Media, Cécile Frot-Coutaz, CEO, FremantleMedia, Ryan Kavanaugh, CEO, Relativity Media, and Roy Price, Director of Amazon Studios.
