Isabelle runs the marketing department of Red Arrow International (formerly SevenOne International), the international program distribution company of ProSiebenSat.1 Media Group.
Joining the company in 2004, Isabelle oversees all marketing and PR activities across all genres (fiction, factual and formats) and platforms. Building and establishing the company brand as well as creating program brands like “Lilyhammer” or “The Taste” to push global sales has been an integral part of Isabelle’s work. Before working at Red Arrow International, Isabelle was an intern at BMW Group and the German National Tourist Office in Los Angeles.
Isabelle recently finished a part-time MBA in Media Management at the Steinbeis University Berlin, SDA Bocconi Milan and Stern School of Business New York, focusing on general management, media management and leadership. Her MBA thesis researched how Digital Natives could act as TV program creators via an open innovation process. In 2004, Isabelle received a master’s degree in sociology, communication studies and economics from the University of Augsburg.
