Richard McKerrow

Richard McKerrow started as a journalist on The Nation magazine in New York before joining Yorkshire Television’s Documentaries department on the First Tuesday team. From 1997 to 2002 he was Deputy Commissioning Editor for Education at Channel 4 and from 2002 to 2004 he was Creative and then Managing Director of Maverick TV. He set up Love Productions with Anna Beattie in 2004. Love has been responsible for some ground breaking factual reality and entertainment including The Baby Borrowers (BBC and NBC), Boys and Girls Alone, My Big Decision, Cirque de Celebrité, Filthy Rich and Homeless, Famous Rich and Homeless, My Life as An Animal, Young Mums’ Mansion, Britain’s Missing Top Model, The Marchioness: A Survivor’s Story.
